House rules and ethics

Our voice, facial biometry etc. can be used these days for many purposes, and we believe that the only personal information that can’t be misused is that which doesn’t exist. Our sessions may not be recorded in any way (audio, video, screen captures or otherwise) by any part. You are encouraged to take notes, which will be enough. And you can also bring somebody with you to the session. But when it comes people’s intimacy, we don’t take chances.

We will respect each other, and we will also respect those who are not present. We shall not use knowledge to bend other people’s will to our convenience. In other words, we don’t play with free will. She will focus on the things you can do yourself, and that is usually more than enough.

We will not invade anybody’s life with ads or spam, nor will we collaborate with any third party in such activities. We do not want to show up in your screen unless you want something from us. We are here, you can find us if and whenever you want. Your time is precious and it is all yours.

And finally, we do our best not to let the world and its struggles take away our hope in human beings. And keep being kind and honourable with everybody, whatever happens. b

Non-conflicting interests

Many professionals have a job if you have problems. This can ultimately end up with people not sure if the sessions are being dragged out a bit longer than necessary, if they would admit a lack of expertise on the topic of concern to you, or if every single issue has to be treated professionally. We have looked for a way where there is no conflict of interests between us. You do not pay for the sessions, but for objectives accomplished, and you choose the issues to deal with. We will therefore work toward the same goal: your wellbeing as soon as possible.

This is the deal, then: your part is to demand high quality at a reasonable price, and our job is to deliver. By the principles outlined here you can tell us apart from others, and we can dedicate our most efforts to those who are able to appreciate them.

Reservation procedure

If you are not sure whether we may be of assistance to you or somebody you know, simply send me a message and I will be glad to clarify.

You can Meet Isidro just following three easy steps:

1) In the reservation page, select an available date and fill the appropriate information.

2) In a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email.

3) Proceed to the payment of the session and your reservation will be complete.

If you know somebody who may benefit from our services (or you are getting tired of hearing the same problems over and over), you can gift a session to somebody else. You can also gift a session to yourself for an extra layer of privacy.

In order to gift a session, all you need is a gift code. In order to get one, please follow these steps:

1) In the reservation page, scroll down to gift a session. Fill the necessary information and click on send.

2) You will receive a confirmation email with the required payment information. This also serves to ensure the email address is valid so we can send you the code once payment is confirmed.

3) Proceed to payment. A few moments later you will receive a new email with the gift code. This code can only be used once. You can use it yourself or give it to anyone you want. In order to use it, the person who will have the session just needs to make a reservation for themselves and use the code as payment method.

Guaranteed outcome

If we have the session and we don’t provide what is detailed in the description of the service (for example, a detailed plan to deal with the root of a problem, or a comprehensive answer to a troublesome question), you will get a full refund. This also applies to gifted sessions. In this case the money would be returned to the person who purchased the gift code.

This ensures that you always win: either you get your money and a free experience, or you get something which is very likely quite more valuable than the money, if we consider the cost (economic and otherwise) of living with that stone in our shoe.

In the unlikely event that something happens on our side that prevents the session from happening, such as a power outage or any other reason, you will get -obviously- a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at a time of your convenience, plus a small gift for the inconvenience.

Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel a booked session with at least 48 hours notice, you can do it for free. In order to cancel an appointment, simply go to your private area in our web and click on “cancel session” next to the appointment, and you will get a full refund of your money. Alternatively, you can send us an email to contact@isidromcascales.com and we will do this manually.

If you cancel within the last 48 hours before the session or you just don’t show up, we will share the cost equally. In this case you would get a 50% refund of the money.

Payment methods

I accept the following payment methods:

– Credit and debit card: Mastercard & Visa.

– Gift code (valid for 365 days after the purchase).

– PayPal

– Bizum

– Bank transfer

– Crypto: btc, Ethereum, Monero.

In case of a refund, we will use the same method that was used for the payment.
